There's an old saying that goes, "The early bird gets the worm." Well, in this case, last week Eon rose to the occasion and its worm came in the shape of a 700 item shopping spree at a local Dollar Tree (valued at $700.00). With ideas of necessities dancing in their heads, Eon Youth group members and staff stocked up on much needed supplies.
Their spree - 45 minutes of shopping - netted EON a trove of treasure filling six super-sized carts to the brim and creating a cash register receipt more than eight feet long!
