The Wingspan eNews is a free email newsletter that is sent to subscribers by Wingspan as a community service; the online calendar is a listing of community events on our website. Both highlight events and services of interest to Tucson's and Southern Arizona's LGBT and Allied community.
To have your event considered, please use the form below to submit a brief article (200 words or less). If it's not clear by the event, all submissions must include why the event is of interest to the LGBT and Allied community.
Please also include a contact person, their phone number, email, and website for the public to use to make inquiries for more information.
Due to space limitations of our format, most non-Wingspan events will run in the eNews only once. If the submission does not follow the above guidelines, it will be returned to the sender for editing.
To be listed in the calendar or eNews, you must make the submission by 5 pm Tuesday on the week prior to desired eNews publication. Submissions received after the deadline may be rejected. Generally, the eNews is published on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month, but may break from schedule as circumstances require. Please send in your event information as early as possible.
Finally, Wingspan reserves the right to reject or edit all submissions. As a 501c3 non-profit, Wingspan cannot post partisan political postings or events. Also, if you are submitting an event and are able to donate tickets to Wingspan that we may used as thank you gifts to our volunteers, we greatly appreciate it.
