Volunteers Vital to Wingspan!
Rainbow Families, Senior Pride, as well as some of Wingspan’s community education are all led by volunteers. Volunteers also assist paid staff in the Anti-Violence, Youth, and Southern Arizona Gender Alliance programs.
We invite you to consider becoming part of the volunteer all-star team that supports Wingspan’s programs and advocacy work.

Wingspan depends on many dedicated volunteers to provide services and programs to a growing community. Opportunities to volunteer at Wingspan are varied, and open to people of any sexual orientation and gender identity. To continue Wingspan's commitment to diversity, we urge people of color, people with disabilities, bilingual speakers, transgender people, sign language interpreters, people living with HIV/AIDS, youth, older adults, and straight allies to volunteer. Internships are also available.
